After starting out on the fast-track, Regina quickly made a name for herself as a top-notch computer engineer. When her clients hit a snag in their work, they called her for help. She enjoyed the thrill of solving complex computer problems, especially those that seemed to elude others. No problem seemed too difficult or time-consuming for her to tackle. In fact, problem solving was the aspect of engineering Regina loved the most.

Almost ten years ago, she woke up suddenly in the middle of the night in her hotel room in Houston, Texas, and wondered aloud, “What on earth am I doing in this job? Do I really want to be working as a computer engineer twenty years from now?”
